GoogleAbsolutely amazing team. Can't speak highly enough of Verity. She ferried us around South West London without any complaints and really listened to what we wanted, rather than just trying to let us any old place that came up on the market. Top service, would use again

GoogleVery bad experience with the Lettings Manager Amit he kept lying about things and agreed terms on a property we rented and was absolutely disrespectful to us at all times! Bosses in headoffice should review if they want to keep this guy as Foxtons image on the Southken lettings department never had such a bad experience with anyone in the entire time I´ve lived in London.

GoogleI had such a great experience. I found a flat on the first day of viewings. I was so eager to move in that they expedited the paper work for me and got me the keys the same day. So professional. I would recommend them to anyone looking to rent or buy. Thank you Foxtons and more specifically Pierce.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleThe agent (Ashley) I was dealing with when buying the property was professional, driven, enthusiastic, and keen to provide the best service possible. Only his relentless drive held the deal together as lawyers were dreadful and the seller was constantly trying to pull out. Highest levels of professionalism, can recommend.

GoogleI had a very good experience, and the flat has been rented quickly. James Hankin and Dee Clift are very professional and responsible. I just hope they keep up with the works.
Hi Vera, thanks for the feedback. We're glad to hear that things went well and will be sure to pass on your kind words to James and Dee.

GoogleGreat experience finding our apartment from Foxtons, Tiago, our agent, went above and beyond and listened to my every need without giving up. Highly recommend using this agency.

GoogleTerrible experience letting through Foxtons. On moving in to our flat we were disappointed to find it hadn't been cleaned (we found out it had been vacant for a year) and didn't have a working boiler or fridge. Things got even worse when I realised there was a leak in the ceiling of my bedroom and in the kitchen.

GoogleI changed to Foxtons following an unacceptable low amount of viewing from the previous estate agent. The viewing increased immediately and within 2 months an offer was accepted and contracts exchanged. I found both Rob and Arthur very professional, offered excellent advise and even helped bringing all the required documents together. I would certainly recommend and use Foxtons again.

GoogleExcellent service - Archie repeatedly followed up with me after unsuccessful viewings. Did not expect him to remember I even existed after the first one. Great service!
Hi Douglas, thank you for taking the time to leave your review of Archie. We're pleased to hear that he provided you with a great service - please don't hesitate to get in touch in the future.

GoogleMy experience was great and I will be recommending Foxtons to my friends. The main reason for that was certainly due to Alexis Zaranis who was very professional, diligent and responsive from day one. Often good work can go unnoticed so I wanted to make sure you were aware of that.
