GoogleBrian and the sales team did a great job in a difficult time to sell with rate rises impacting the buyer market. Thank you.

GoogleBig thanks to Kian Gerami, super helpful with my property search as well as great at negotiating on my ideal flat

GoogleWould like to take this opportunity to highlight the high level of professional service we’ve witnessed during our initial home purchase with Deborah Stanton. Patience and dedication are clear attributes to Deborah’s personality. She swiftly adapted to our preferred way of communication, which among real-estate agents, is a true scarcity. So thank you for that! We are currently considering moving to another property, and of course, Deborah will be our only choice.

GoogleSeamless booking process from front desk. Excellent service and attitude from Francesco Trivelli - he showed me a number of properties that fit my preferences and budget. He was also very organised and responsive throughout in his communications. Although in the end I went with another property, I believe a prospective tenant navigating the St. John's Wood lettings market will have an easier time with Francesco's assistance.

GoogleTerrible pushy people tell you unrealistic prices and never sell your property. Commissions are so high not worth bothering with.

GoogleTenant here. Another standard terrible Foxtons experience. Nia (lettings manager) was particularly rude to me when I came to pick up the keys some time ago. Luckily my landlady is a good human so could also help me with Foxtons. Try and avoid.

GoogleThe St. John's Wood Foxtons agency helped me quickly set up in St. John's Wood, and negotiate a fair price until I finally moved in. My agent Nezam T. was intense, knowledgeable, persistent, communicative and very efficient to be on top of things. The Manager Kristian B. was very friendly. I recommend them for express moving and in general.PositiveResponsiveness, Value

GoogleSarah McGuinness was an excellent agent. Dealt with lots of other agents at different firms, but Sarah really stood out. She took the time to get to know what we wanted and was really efficient with making bookings.

GoogleI advertised my flat in Kensal Rise with Foxtons and Joan who works from the St John's Wood office promptly found me a buyer. She was very helpful and always on top of the situation throughout the conveyancing which helped keep stress to a minimum. She was very professional and I would certainly do business with her and Foxtons again.

GoogleI had a very successful experience with agent Amad Quaid, from St. John's Wood agency. He was keen to understand my needs and presented excellent options. In addition to that, he was very efficient in negotiating a rent value that would fit with our budget. I would definitely recommend his services and the general attention I've got from this agency.
