GoogleFoxtons agents are really proactive when it comes to the viewing and renting process. However, they failed to solve any problem we had upon moving in. The flat was not professionally cleaned as advertised and it took us forever to get the inventory report. Furthermore, any maintenance request we had made on the Foxton's portal mysteriously disappeared... just the tip of the iceberg.

GoogleHi, I was delighted with my experience working with Jamal at Foxtons, he's a very professional and nice person, he would follow up and respond to my requests in great time and was extremely helpful in trying to find the right property for me. I appreciate all his efforts and of Foxtons', I'll be looking forward to working with Jamal again in the future when I will be looking for a new property.

GoogleFoxtons was of very little assistance during our tenancy. No reply to emails and very little to no support on the phone. Especially letting agents turning up with new tenants every day for several weeks before the end of the tenancy, often without or very short (30 minute) notice was horrible. One day we had 4 viewings, 2 scheduled and two turned up as they liked. I will never rent with Foxtons again. This was the worst flat and experience I had in many years.

GoogleI can't thank foxtons Camden specifically Sam and henrietta for pushing and pushing all of the solicitors every single day for a month! They were always so friendly, dedicated and supportive and they went above and beyond the call of duty and we're always available day and night. I sold my previous property through foxtons tooting and they were also brilliant. foxtons also had everything on their database so both branches knew exactly what was going on. they are worth their fee all day everyday

GoogleFoxtons found me a tenant the very next day - can highly recommend Claire and her colleagues for all their hard work, dedication and professionalism.

GoogleClaire and Narada have been very professional and supportive in my rental property search. They kindly organised a second viewing so my flatmate and I could take the time we needed to inspect the flat. Although it was not always easy to receive prompt feedback in the process of getting the property secured, they explained the details of the tenancy agreement to me very clearly and made sure all my questions were answered.

GoogleJoseph Blackett, at Foxtons Camden Town, is an amazing estate agent -- he really is one of the best. From the day I met him to the day of completion he attended to what was needed,he is very knowledgeable and extremely efficient. He was flexible and met me at times that were convenient for me, even if not totally convenient for him. I cannot recommend him highly enough -- he really is terrific!
