GoogleI worked with Foxtons to help me with renting a place in London. They were responsive, professional and informative. I worked primarily with Jamal, and he was awesome (answered all my questions and provided great advice). They Provided me with many options and worked to find a place for myself and my dog. GoogleThe agent (Jamal Hussain) helping me out was an absolute pleasure to work with, he was hard working and extremely dedicated. But foxtons have failed to solve even a single problem 10 days after the start of tenancy. Will stay away from Foxtons managed properties.

They both know when to advise, when to back off, and were very knowledgeable and helpful with specific elements of the transaction (BTL, existing tenants, deposit protection transfer etc.). GoogleJamal from the Camden office was amazing! on the first day we managed, thanks to his excellent job, to secure the property we wanted. He was polite, patient, and explained to us everything we needed to consider.
