GoogleNot too bad, pretty swift on getting references and paperwork sorted. However we encountered a severe ant infestation within 10 days of being in the flat, bad enough that we would've had to leave honey out all over the flat in order to cause it in that time. Overall can't complain too much, we sorted the ants ourselves.

GoogleActually the worst real estate agency I've dealt with. If you're a tenant, make life easy for yourself by going with an agent that offers out-of-hours/emergency support, or you could end up ignored by the staff and out of pocket.
