GoogleFinally an estate agent that represents its tenants as well as landlords! Having moved around London (renting) for almost a decade, we have had plenty of negative dealings with estate agents. If only the others could be like First Union. We were pleasantly surprised from the very beginning of our searching process with First Union. After moving into the rented flat, Blossom our property manager was friendly, professional, efficient, conscientious. At every point queries/problems were dealt with quickly, and it was clear that First Union actually passed on any questions to the landlord (this has not always been the case with other estate agents). Moving out and getting deposit refunded has been an equally seamless process. We had just one small issue where people turned up for an unannounced viewings, but the agent subsequently apologised to us and it was clear there had been a genuine mix-up. It sounds over the top, but most estate agents manage to reach a whole new level of dreadful for tenants, whereas First Union was great from start to finish. If we were ever back in the area, I would actively try to use First Union again - cannot recommend them enough.

GoogleFirst Union was great to work with. The letting team communicated clearly, helped me along the way when things were a bit up in the air with my visa (it all worked out), and worked with the landlord to get my move in date moved up. All while having an amazing attitude. I really appreciated their partnership. I would highly recommend these agents.

GoogleI've used First Union to manage my flat in Wandsworth for over 11 years. They have done and continue to do an excellent job. First Union have found quality tenants for me over the years. In between tenancies the flat has never been vacant for more than a month. They are quick to inform me of any issues raised by the tenants and always suggest fixes. I trust First Union.

GoogleIn the minefield that is the world of estate agents, First Union stand unmatched in quality of service, professionalism and responsiveness. They truly are a breath of fresh air, and I daresay the first time I have been through the letting process and had an estate agent that have actively made the journey not just free from difficulity, but pleasant. Would recommend!

GoogleMost unprofessional agency I have ever encountered. If you are a tenant I would highly recommend you not let through this agency. They will arrive at your property unanounced, lie to your landlords and wont even send you their internal complaints procedure when requested. Letting through them has caused us immense stress that I wouldn't wish upon anyone else.
