TrustpilotAVOID, lack of ownership of basic repairs and complaints..
AVOID. Felicity J Lord has shown a complete lack of ownership of any issues with us in our flat. We have been fighting to have basic repairs completed for months (damp, repair to appliances, builders outside form the early hours) and constant lack of ownership and just blaming the landlord. Our case is currently with the Property Ombudsman, save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere!
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
