FLJ have been managing my property for just over a year now. I have been kept up to date throughout and consulted on any issues that have occured. Every month there's a detailed report of exactly the ins and outs including invoices for any maintenance in the flat. As soon as one tenant left, they immediately found new tenants for it. It has made life very easy for me!

Nothing positive about this estate agent. Ignores communication via email and phone calls for 2 months about a leak in the property. When they want something regarding the illegal electric box fixed with tape, they want immediate help from me. And on top of that they will make up lies about rent arrears to mess your next rental.
