GooglePoor communication skills and zero clarity from Mohammed paired with a very rude attitude from Christopher. Overall relieved that they deliberately didn’t let us take our time (literally just the weekend) to decide if we wanted to get an apartment available two months later, despite us being the landlord’s first choice. Won’t recommend and won’t deal with them in the future.

Poor customer service. Never got a response from the agency on time. It takes about 2 weeks to get an email response from them. Deposit still has not been released 3 months after we left the property. Property managers are not qualified to their job properly and looks like the management is not great at all

I have been more than 2 months waiting to get my deposit back ( after the deposit has been approved for release by the Landlord ).It is all very dysfunctional. People leave the company and things don't get picked up by others.

GoogleThe Manager of the Wapping Branch, Louise Smith, has always been extremely helpful, prompt with responses and very efficient in carrying out requests and the necessary activities for the letting of my flat. I could not ask for a more pleasant and co-operative contact. I do however find F.J.Lord's letting fees expensive and I may well be seeking an alternative agent in the future.
