GoogleFantastic throughout. Richard and Callum at Estates 10 were really supportive throughout our sale and offered lots of really valuable advise. The company as a whole are very professional and they strike a nice balance, achieving a good asking price without being pushy. Highly recommended.

GoogleI would highly recommend Estates 10 - I sold my property and bought my new property through them. They were clear in communication / they were prompt in response / they drove the process / professional at all times.

GoogleHonestly the worst estate agents I've ever come across. After the sale was agreed they did precisely nothing to ensure the sale went through. They clearly market a lot of houses but my advice would be to steer clear if you're thinking of selling, as you won't get any attention or support if the sale gets complicated (as so many do, in this part of London)!

FacebookJamie and Charlie at Estates 17 have been AMAZING. We are first time buyers and they have truly helped us every step of the way. They are without a doubt the best estate agents in Walthamstow. You can count on them for 10/10 professionalism and have a laugh throughout the process! Highly recommend.

FacebookIf you’re buying in Walthamstow, we highly recommend doing so through Estates 17, and through Michael Fenton in particular. He was fair, informative, understanding and open - he represents the seller, but you feel as if he’s on your side throughout. Wonderful job!
