We used Estates 10 to find a tenant for our flat in East London. We chose Estates 10 as they were friendly, professional and honest. We had used another estate agent originally and found that they misinformed us and never gave feedback after a viewing. Adam and Mirko gave us all the information we needed, went above and beyond to help us rent out our flat quickly and always fed back to us after viewings. The rest of the team were very quick to sort out the paperwork side and responded to every email. Great team that you can trust, I would definitely recommend.

Bought a flat in the village from Estates17 about 5 years ago. Really good service from Mirko at the time. Since then I've moved out and had to lease it out. Naturally we went back to Estates 17 to manage the property. Zero complaints from us. Mirko has done an excellent job finding and vetting tenants. The management team, Lauren and Co, have been really helpful and immediately on things when problems have arisen (whether a big problem like a leak, or something small, like getting quotes for a tenant's request).

Overall, a really good experience for a particularly difficult sale. It wasn't perfect (some communication issues in the middle of the sale that slowed things down) but Estates 10 got our house on the market really quickly following a loss of sale at another agent, managed an extremely difficult chain position really well and Charlie got us to completion when others (including my solicitor) thought it would fall apart, working out of hours when needed. The team dealt with issues when I escalated them. I have dealt with another local estate agent recently and Estates 10 are streets apart. I would definitely recommend them.

Couldn't have been happier with the excellent service from Estates 10 when recently selling our flat and buying a house. Really want to single out an agent named Charlie... This could've been complicated but he was extremely helpful throughout. The purchase of my first flat (through a different agency ) was such a hellish experience that I wasn't expecting much, but Charlie really went above and beyond to keep us informed and at ease during the entire process. Would definitely recommend Estates 10 and 17, and they also seem to get the best listings due to their great service. 5 Stars!

We sold out flat with estates 10 recently. Overall the experience was good from the estates 10 side, however the conveyance solicitor (Cavendish legal Walthamstow) recommended was truly awful, really slowed the whole process down and made everything 10 times more stressful. So while I would definitely recommend estates 10 I would not use their recommended solicitors from my own experience.

Honestly the worst estate agents I've ever come across. After the sale was agreed they did precisely nothing to ensure the sale went through. They clearly market a lot of houses but my advice would be to steer clear if you're thinking of selling, as you won't get any attention or support if the sale gets complicated (as so many do, in this part of London)!
