5 STARS ISN'T ENOUGH!!! Jack and the team are great, they have a highly professional approach to selling houses. They don't just open the door and let people look around, they show the property to its full potential and then gather feedback that allows the buyer to get into a buying mentality. I would highly recommend Estates East from going on the market, to completion they were brilliant. Becky and the after sales team carefully guided me through the sale and conveyancing process and expertly "quarter backed" the process keeping in my timeline and exchange and completion were seamless. If you need to sell your house in East London, this is the team for you.

Estates 10 are fantastic. The best letting agent i have dealt with. They take time to proactively commnicate on properties, keeping you updated all of the time. Most letting agents don't even bother to let you know a property has been taken despite taking the time to go and view a property. They are honest and not too pushy, they also provide advice on your application to give you the best chances of success. If i was a landlord i would also want to work with Estates 10, most letting agents just submit your first offer to the landlord and let them decide, Estates 10 are transparent and go back to all of the people that put offers in giving chance to make another offer (with no pressure) this maxmises the landlords potential income, whilst giving the tenant a fair chance of getting the property. Excellent and professional service when buying a property with Joel from Estates 10. The friendly team were always happy to help when I called up if Joel was with another customer. Being 1st time buyers we were feeling our way, but Joel provided guidance and sound advice. He was very quick to get answers from the vendor on our behalf, and negotiated a good price for us. We completed in 2 months thanks to Joel and his team's efficiency. Joel responded to emails and phone calls promptly. I would definitely recommend Estates 10!

I first met Jamie and Estate 10 (through Estate 17) when I was planning to sell my property. Jamie came to value my flat, gave a good insight into his valuation reasoning and was professional in the handling of the process. Unfortunately, I ended up going with another more local agent for the sale but this wasn't the end of my dealings with Jamie and Estate 10. We crossed paths multiple times as I was searching for a new flat in E10. Jamie was always professional and helpful when viewing properties and he became indispensable once I had an offer accepted. During the process, my buyer decide to pull out and I though that it would result in me losing the flat I had found. Jamie was amazing during this process, managing to get me close to two months time to find a new buyer and secure the sale and purchase. I cannot recommend Estate 10 highly enough given all they did during my purchase process.

We were really grateful to Estates 10 for their excellent service and diligence when selling our house for us. We had a particularly difficult transaction (not their fault!), and they stuck with us through the whole process. It wouldn't have been possible without them, and we are very grateful to them for their continued support. It wasn't until we were in the depths of the transaction that we realised how important the role of the estate agent is; they're not just about marketing (which is what we initially thought), the service continues right up until the transaction is finished. Neil and Richard were there for us the whole time, they are absolute legends. They spent countless hours working on the transaction for us, they really went above and beyond. Most people hate their agent by the end of the transaction, but we actually feel the opposite. We would use them again if given the option.

The completion of my flat purchase (5/8/2022) was a complete disgrace. There was no electricity or gas in the flat. I got no help from anybody sorting it out myself. I was able to get electricity on the fourth day - the electricity meter had to be replaced. There's a physical disk in the gas meter preventing gas getting into my flat - I needed to arrange a gas safe engineer to remove it. They failed to hand over all keys - I got one set of keys to the front doors and a second set which had a bent key to the security door (obviously didn't work). They failed to give me a key to the sliding doors leading out to the garden - I had to get a locksmith to sort that. Then they also failed to give me keys to the windows - had to get one from a neighbor where the key works on my windows (so will cut copies). I complained about the above but didn't even received an acknowledgement. They are obviously not interested as they got paid following the sale. This was a horrible experience and I would stay clear of Estates East it's representatives.

We used Estates 10 to find a tenant for our flat in East London. We chose Estates 10 as they were friendly, professional and honest. We had used another estate agent originally and found that they misinformed us and never gave feedback after a viewing. Overall, a really good experience for a particularly difficult sale. It wasn't perfect (some communication issues in the middle of the sale that slowed things down) but Estates 10 got our house on the market really quickly following a loss of sale at another agent, managed an extremely difficult chain position really well and Charlie got us to completion when others (including my solicitor) thought it would fall apart, working out of hours when needed. The team dealt with issues when I escalated them. I have dealt with another local estate agent recently and Estates 10 are streets apart. I would definitely recommend them.
