GoogleEllisons did a fantastic job from the start. All the viewings were arranged for a single day, which minimised disruption for us and helped encourage some competitive bidding. The sale took a little longer than we all wanted, due to the chain but Martin and his team did a great job getting the sale over the line and reassuring all involved throughout. Thanks!

GoogleA somewhat complicated purchase that I don't believe would have gone through without Martin's thorough advice and persistent support. Having been gazumped on a property prior to this purchase (via another local agent), it was hugely reassuring to find a team I trusted was truly advocating for me (the buyer), and not only the seller. Martin tirelessly liased with all parties, confidently guiding us through each issue that arose to ensure a satisfactory outcome was achieved. Responsive, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. Now very happily settled in our first home and looking forward to working with Ellisons again when the time comes to upsize!

GoogleFirst time buyer, and was totally unsure of the house buying process. From the start I was led by the experts, who ran me through each of the different milestones and journey of buying a house. GoogleKieran has been an amazing negotiator for us. He's moved heaven and earth to get our property ready to go before our moving date and the communication has been fluent during the whole process. We have a few things to sort out with the property management team but it seems that the solutions are in the process of becoming a reality so overall a good expirience.

GoogleKarl and his team did an excellent job on the sale of our property. Viewings were conducted professionally and always happy to fit around us (important as we have a small child). Once a sale was agreed they really earn their money, dealing with many challenges with poor solicitor communications and issues with our onward purchase and keeping our buyer on board. Would highly recommend them.

GoogleStay away from these estate agents. When they communicate they are really rude, unprofessional and very untrustworthy. Don’t sell your house with them and most definitely do not buy a house through them, they will cause you alot more stress than needed!

GoogleExcellent Service, from valuation to completion, Ellison's have been great. Our sale was particularly complicated and Kieran was great at keeping everyone in the chain and ourselves updated. GoogleWe had our flat up for sale with Ellisons and also looked to buy through them. Darshil was very helpful and professional. He worked to understand our needs (we had a young baby) for both sale and purchase and gave good advice, guiding us through the process. We ultimately decided not to move but we would recommend Ellisons and Darshil.
