Ellisons London reviews

Be Very Aware if you intend using this agent. Having placed a personal reaction, with Ellisons, to the poor level of service we were given, the response was the " normal", contrary interpretation of the facts to what we had perceived. Your version of " Good Service" may not exist. "Poor Service" would seem to be accepted as "the Norm". "What do you expect" type of response, to any negative incident. The incidents that justify a positive reaction from Ellisons, are brushed aside or simply ignored, even when they have the evidence to support your negative comment. If using this agent be very vigilant: "Accept nothing, Believe no-one/ nothing and CHECK everything yourself"!! Use a very competent Solicitor! Good Luck John

Ellison was amazing in dealing with all my endless inquiries about the property I just bought. They are extremely helpful and always keep me updated on the latest. There were many issues with our deal as we were in a very long chain but we got it at the end thanks to Ellisons and special thanks to Rob who is so nice and friendly and organised that help us make all this happen!

Carlos was great. Very accommodating during the viewing process, especially during the evenings and busy weekends where we had ample time to view the property and measure up. He was also very communicative through-out the process.

We recently sold our property in Raynes Park through Ellisons. We are currently living abroad which made it extra challenging for us, however Rowan and Rob were always on hand to provide advice and keep us up to date, guiding us through the ever changing 'economic climate' in relation to property sales (namely Brexit!) and the process, to make it as seamless as possible. We would definitely recommend their services.

Great experience selling our property in Raynes Park with Ellisons. Rob and Carlos had done their homework on trends, prices etc. and could accurately provide a competitive price that attracted a lot of interest in the market. Post offer, the process has been very smooth and we are happy with our successful completion. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone thinking of selling in the area.

When we bought our last house, the agents acting for the sellers were Ellisons. We had a great experience with Ellisons as purchasers and so didn't hesitate to use them when we sold the house five years later. Rowan and Rob were both fantastic - they listened to what we wanted, are experts on the local housing market and managed the whole transaction seamlessly. I highly recommend them.

After identifying our target areas and properties, Darshil kept us in regular contact to arrange viewings etc. He is focused and to the point. After our offer was accepted, he followed up regularly and helped us deal with curve balls. We happily moved into our new place at the end of January and we are happy to recommend Darshil and Ellisons.

Rob came to us through a family connection and we can happily say he was brilliant throughout the whole process of us buying our first home! Nothing was stressful or annoying and Rob was never a stereotypical pushy estate agent. We actually enjoyed the experience and wouldn’t hesitate to use Rob & Ellisons again when we decide to move. Thanks Rob! :)

I cannot recommend Ellisons highly enough, and in particular Darshil Modessa who went the extra 10 miles to get us to completion. Our purchase was on the brink of failure, and Darshil found a way to make it happen, and all at the 11th hour. A huge thanks to him!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
