Dear Antonio we are extremely sorry to receive your review and we completely understand your frustrations. Your rental property was not previously rented out through SP and we were therefore not aware of the issues you have raised, coupled with the fact there were no working days between the previous tenancy ending and yours beginning. As a result we have had to be more reactive than proactive to these issues which is not how we usually work. We have been working to rectify all of these issues in a prompt manner which has included liaising with you on all of the items raised, and we updated you on Friday 27th September (2 days before you posted this review). We will, of course, continue to work with you and ensure all outstanding matters are completed ASAP and our Head of Property Management looks forward to meeting you this coming Friday as per your availability.

Dear Massimiliano We are disappointed you have chosen to give us a poor review. When tenants fail referencing and our landlord decides not to proceed with the tenancy as a result, we promptly refund the holding deposit which has been done and we are therefore surprised with your 1 star rating of us.
