He is always professional, responsive to our queries, and resolved issues promptly and efficiently (big or small ), making our tenancy a positive and stress-free experience. We are also impressed by the teamwork spirit at Eccord. There is always someone to answer questions, making the tenants well looked after all the time. We have 2 properties with Eccord. They have been managing them for nearly 7 years. From finding tenants to managing the maintenance of the flats they have been brilliant. Having been a client of Eccord for a number of years it is essential to work with a property specialist which offers high quality professional services to support these investments. Eccord's 'boutique' approach with close attention to detail has been excellent, their Client Managers are responsive and provide us with added value by helping to ensure that the relationship between Landlord and Tenant remains stable and positive. We find their property managers to be helpful and technically knowledgeable. Furthermore, their pro-active approach to attending site where required and interpreting and resolving property issues is a distinct value add.

I would highly recommend SP Property group if you are relocating to London. They provide personalized and high quality work. Amy was our relocation agent and she was amazing! She managed our expectations at the beginning but also took the time to understand our needs and interests. Therefore the search was very efficient and all properties that she showed us made sense. Amy took her work personal and also went the extra mile - she was extremely responsive, always looked out for our interest and was very professional when overcoming some roadblocks we had. My wife and I are returning to the UK for a month-long visit and we contacted Jo at Sourcing Property to assist in locating a short-let flat. After giving her our budget, location and property preferences, Jo's team did an amazing amount of research and came back to us with an extensive list of available properties within a matter of days. Completely fabulous property management. As a renter, you're dependent on your property managers, and Eccord are just brilliantly responsive, totally professional, super-helpful, and just great folks to have taking care of everything flat-related for you. Every maintenance issue I've had has been sorted quickly, thoroughly, and faultlessly, even a tricky one that took multiple contractors, perseverance, and going above and beyond the normal call. Having sold our property, we reached out to Eccord to help us find a rental. The team at Eccord did a fantastic job securing the perfect house for us and organised the entire move. It was quite a magical experience, waking up one morning in our old property and going to bed after a normal day at work in the new one with all our furniture and possessions neatly organised!
