Having viewed a lot of properties, was pleasantly surprised to meet Jamie Bernstein. Finally! An honest, open and friendly estate agent. Have since put an offer in and the way Jamie is managing the buying process is fantastic. Great friendly communication over what's app and email, makes it really easy and accessible for me as a first time buyer. So far, so good! Would highly recommend! Thanks Jamie. Post exchange: As a first time buyer, the idea of buying a house was very daunting. Previous viewings (of which there had been many!) hadn't left me with a very good impression of estate agents. But Jamie was the exception to the rule! From the first viewing up to the point of exchange, Jamie has remained professional, friendly, helpful and supportive. Always on hand to offer advice no matter how trivial or silly my question or concerns have been. Available even on his days off (please - take a break - you deserve it!) and so easy to contact via what's app (much better for me than email). He is a genuine, honest and empathetic guy, and a pleasure to deal with. I can't thank him enough for helping me through this incredibly daunting process and making it as easy and stress-free as he possibly can. Would recommend him in a heartbeat! Thanks Jamie.

We bought the house from Jamie in 2018 and were really impressed so went straight to E10 homes when we wanted to sell without looking elsewhere. Jamie and team had the house on the market and under offer within about 2 weeks of our initial meeting. And then throughout a 6 month journey to us getting our own purchase sorted Jamie and team did a great job keeping all sides well coordinated and engaged. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Jamie has not only been fantastic, but instrumental in the purchase of our new house in Walthamstow. After taking his time to listen to our requirements, he showed us an off market property which was perfect! He guided us through the sales process, kept everyone on track and was always and almost instantly available for advice and questions. My sisters house in Leyton East London needed to be sold because she had to go into a care home. E10 Homes Estate agents was just around the corner and thank goodness they were. Very professional and friendly company, on contacting them they immediately valued the property and had buyers within a few days of being put on the market. I live along way from the house so when surveyors questions were asked they immediately went round and checked the house on my behalf and when it needed clearing they instigated that. I can't thank them enough and would highly recommend anyone selling their property in the area to contact them. Thank you Jamie

Overall, very friendly and efficient team which went the extra mile. Good communication from the start, extensive information pack for the property with personal one pager information from the vendor about the property and area which is a nice touch. Laid out the process throughout and was always contactable and provided assistance when needed. Felt like they weren’t only working for the vendor but for the purchaser too which was nice. There was also times where they went the extra mile out of hours and vocations to make sure the sale went through smoothly when hurdles arrived. Positive experience and will probably sell through them when the time comes.

Jamie and his team offered us a great service whilst selling and buying properties. We viewed a property we really wanted to buy without having our property on the market. From start to finish, the process with Jamie B was expertly handled. We were working to unbelievably tight timeframes, in fact, Jamie B mentioned it was the quickest chain he’d ever seen in his career, completing in just five weeks.
