Hi James, Having discussed your situation with a colleague I understand the background now. I understand that you wanted to open a coffee shop in a unit we are marketing in Queens Park, as a coffee shop recently opened in the unit next door our client (the Landlord) did not feel it was fair to create competition for this new business. Your new use proposal of a Nail Bar is not acceptable to our client as they do not feel that it fits in with the parade or immediate locality. If you would like to propose a more suitable use for the unit then we will put this to our client for their consideration. If you want to discuss this I would be more than happy to do so.
