GoogleWe recently used Druce to purchase a property which has just completed. Druce identified the property and presented the option to us and provided a responsive and helpful service throughout. I would like to specifically thank Max, as he was a well informed agent with a knack for dealing with people in a fair and polite way. From experience, as a buyer, we understand agents usually represent the sellers interests and sometimes in doing so let down buyers in term of service once an offer has been accepted. I did not receive a let down of service. Thanks.

GoogleWe had a great experience securing a new flat to live in thanks to Harry's help. Throughout the whole process--from viewing to offer to move in--Harry and the whole Druce team were incredibly understanding, thorough, and communicative. So nice (and rare!) to work with a London letting agency that treats tenants as real people. Would definitely recommend renting a property through them.

Jacinta and her team did a great job in selling my flat despite numerous obstacles and loads of intricate issues cropping up during what became a really difficult and prolonged process. Jacinta, in particular, was extremely supportive, empathetic and quick to identify solutions. Without her help and expertise, I suspect the sale could have fallen through. And that wouldβve been very bad. So I do really recommend Druce Brook Green for sales.

Iqbal was a pleasure to deal with for me as a prospective buyer, while at the same time sparing no effort for his clients who are selling. He made himself available at short notice for viewings, but allowed me the time and space to make my own decision without being too pushy. It was my First week in London and urgently searching for a flat. Coming from NYC I expected the process to be awful. While it did have its ups and downs, agents like Thomas Last made it easy. Highly professional Lettings Team at Druce (formerly Bective) Brook Green provided an excellent service all round for both the tenant and landlord. I have no hesitation in recommending them. I appreciate that Chris Lilley is always helpful, responsive and honest in his advice and that the whole team who make all the necessary arrangements for Lettings do so effectively and efficiently for a seamless smooth process. The Property Management team including Daniella Perkins and Zaynab Brooks also deserve special mention as they always go above and beyond to ensure that all the details are attended to so the property is ready for tenants to move in. I was especially pleased to note that the tenants who moved in provided a great online review based on their positive experience of dealing with Kathryn Root when they relocated from Australia. So a good experience all round and reassuring to know that tenants and landlord are equally happy with the service!

Tiago helped me find the perfect flat at the location I was keen on. He was highly proactive and supported me through the entire tenancy process.What I liked about Bective was that unlike other agencies they are proactive, empathic and have good intentions. Most agencies want to work for themselves rather than understand the tenant's needs and situation; It is all about closing the deal with the highest bid. But with Tiago & Bective, I saw their keenness to work with me and the landlord to get the best deal possible for both of us.I would highly recommend them!
