GoogleI had to renew my contract with my tenant as that first year will end in March 2022. Sebastien helped me with sound advice: I got an increase on the rent that I had not expected. This was done in a record time. He also helped me with another practical problem concerning the house. I appreciated his professionalism and his availability greatly.

GoogleThe lettings manager Kim has decided to steal a former employee’s plant before he could return to collect it. A request for the return of the plant has been ignored. Hopefully an honest review will lead to the return of the lovely indoor plant

GoogleExcellent service - we rented a property in Brook Green and found their property management to be very attentive and solved our problems immediately. In particular our washing machine broke down and Oliver managed to get someone out the next morning to fix it! Five stars to them and will be recommending all my friends that they use Bective
