GoogleRENTERS BE WARNED.
We rented from Druce for 2 years and ended the tenancy recently.
Notwithstanding that teams are busy, the process of reclaiming the deposit was horrendous and showcased total incompetency and lack of professionalism. From the point of agreement around the amounts being deducted (I won't even go near the £180 fire alarm discussion.....), over the course of 10 days we were met with silence and our emails were ignored. It took me to engage their CEO on LinkedIn who was professional and engaged swiftly.
I won't use this opportunity to name the individuals involved since I see no benefit here.
