I'm sorry to say that I had a disappointing experience with this firm. I had an offer accepted on a flat purchase for 45 Hilmarton Road, N7 which they continued to show to prospective buyers, weeks after my offer being accepted. When I raised with Liam (the agent) and his management in writing, I did not receive a reply. Not a great experience and I would not recommend - these unethical practices lead to buyers being "gazumped" and wasting money on legal fees and surveys. Put me off of the company as a whole.

Liam Sullivan from Drivers & Norris Islington branch booked an appointment with me for a viewing on at 12:30pm on 2 March. I didn't want him to wait so I arrived early at the property around 12:15pm. I waited for 45 minutes. Liam did not even turn up and did not call. I called the office at 12:40pm, The person answered the phone told he Liam JUST LEFT the office. I called the office again at 12:50pm, the person answered the phone said he will turn up soon. After the no-show, Liam called and claimed he was at the property all time (lie 1, the person in the office said he left late. If he was at the property, he would have called me) and claimed that I was at the wrong address (lie 2, trying to push away responsibility) I specifically checked the picture in the listing and made sure I was waiting at the correct entrance (56 Holbrooke Court). Liam Sullivan said he could wait if I came back to see him and there was nothing else he could do. He did not even apologise for not showing up for an appointment. I cannot believe how Drivers & Norris could hire a person with such a shockingly rude and arrogant attitude and dishonesty.

Drivers & Norris consistently provide a Grade A service as letting agents, and also go above and beyond their duties to ensure landlords and tenants' needs are met and issues are resolved quickly and effectively. The fees are very reasonable, and very competitive, without sacrificing their quality. A professional, friendly, hard-working team who are very pleasant to deal with; I would recommend D&N first and foremost to manage and let properties for landlords in London. Drivers provided me with an incredible efficient and proactive service and return calls and emails with haste unlike the majority of other agents. Recommend.

If it was possible to score this company with a minus I defiantly would. The service that I received was absolutely awful I attend a open house for Portland Place on Saturday 19th December and offered the asking price the same day and I was told I would have to wait until Monday to get a response which was completely fine. Monday 21st came I was told they are still waiting to hear back from others, Tuesday 22nd the same thing happened, Wednesday 23rd I was told they are closing at lunchtime and I will find out the response to my offer on January 4th. I call in on January 4th to only be told they will having another open house on the property to get more money however may I point out I was never asked if I would like to increase my offer neither did I receive a letter in the post or via email confirming my offer has been submitted to their client. The only time a second open house is to be held is if they did not receive their asking pricing but they did from myself. the company showcases disgraceful and rather untrustworthy behaviour. I will never offer through these guys again even if they were selling Buckingham Place at £20.00.

Terrible service- try to get away with doing minimal work on the properties. Both myself and neighbours around me that were using D&N had the same issue with cowboy builders that they hired to patch things up without actually spending the money to solve the problem properly. What resulted was a patchwork of temporary fixes, a house full of damp, mould and mice, and to top it all off all in an ugly beige. Stay away from them unless you want to deal with the epitome of slimy estate agents, and possibly the most unprofessional building company in North London. The buildings are in a poor state in terms of both their structure and pipework. They'll patch it up nice when you go to view the space, but be warned.
