TrustpilotLandlord
Liam and the team at the Fulham office have made being a Landlord so much easier. From finding reliable tenants, to going over and above to make sure tenancies run smoothly. They have a great understanding of the local area and their professionalism is highly condemnable. I will continue to instruct DRAKERS when letting out my property.

I have been working with Jack for many years and Mickael on a day to day basis. They are both very professional and knowledgeable. Mickael is more than happy to pick up the phone and have a chat about things, especially helping during recent COVID disruptions. I would definitely recommend Draker Lettings!

GoogleFinding a flat when you have just moved to a new city can be more than a daunting process, especially when you are a foreigner. Elena Morrison at Draker was my first point of contact in my arduous search and she was more than up to the task. She is extremely friendly, efficient, straightforward, helpful and thoroughly professional and took into account all my requirements. 10 minutes after I walked into the Draker agency with no prior appointment, she was already driving me to my first viewing. I highly recommend this agency, and getting assistance from Elena, if you want to get full support from a reliable professional that will make your search for a flat in London a little less scary.

TrustpilotHaving not been able to be present in…
Having not been able to be present in London for the entire experience, I must admit that my review may be somewhat biased. However, I wanted to share my thoughts on my interactions with Jack Welstead, the real estate agent I communicated with throughout.Jack has proven to be an exceptional professional in the field. He consistently displayed eagerness to find solutions, offered assistance whenever needed, and genuinely cared about my well-being. It's quite rare to encounter such qualities in a real estate agent, and I commend Jack for his outstanding dedication and customer-oriented approach. While I can't fault Jack for any shortcomings, I feel compelled to mention that my overall rating is not a full 5 stars. This rating is primarily influenced by the unfortunate circumstances that unfolded after I signed for a flat, paid the deposit, and the first month's rent, only to be informed at the last minute that the landlord had a change of mind. This unexpected turn of events resulted in financial loss for me.Moreover, it's important to note that I sent money through a French bank, which incurred additional taxes. When the funds were eventually returned to me, further taxes were deducted. Consequently, I found myself at a loss of 200 euros throughout the entire process. While my personal experience may not have been entirely positive, I believe it's crucial to recognize the exceptional service provided by Jack. However, it's advisable for individuals to exercise caution and consider the potential risks associated with financial transactions in similar situations.
