TrustpilotProfessional and responsive
Ben is brilliant, one of the best agents I’ve ever met. I felt very relaxed and had no stress throughout the process to communicate with Draker Lettings, which was in a professional and responsive manner. He is very nice and supportive. I appreciate it.

TrustpilotSmoothest renting experience in London
After renting in London with many companies previously and being disappointed by the customer service, I’ve tried Draker and was proven wrong. The agents - Mo Kanso who let my house for me - are quite professional, attentive and responsive. Unlike other agents elsewhere, Mo was very cooperative with me all throughout the process from helping me sign the agreement to moving in. He made sure I was accomodated in my new home to the best of his ability by responding to my complaints and giving me help when needed. Will continue renting with Draker because of the service provided by Mo Kanso.

TrustpilotVery unprofessional
I’m quite surprised and disappointed by the way this company works. Retaining customers’ deposit payments in this manner feels unfair and unprofessional. In particular, Ben’s conduct throughout this process has been especially concerning.

TrustpilotGreat Experience so far!
Massive thank you to Sam for his help in our move! Incredibly friendly and efficient and always more than happy to answer any of our questions. We have truly had a hassle free move during an unsettling time and are very grateful for this. We would highly recommend Drakers and look forward to a happy tenancy!- Marielle & Dan

TrustpilotGreat service for people not physically present
I was assisted by William Ridge, who was extremely helpful throughout the letting process - even when i was out of London and couldn't physically be present at the property for viewings, Will was a great help. Do recommend him for international students or people who are out of London in their lettings process

GoogleFound a great flat and Samantha was particularly nice and helpful, always available to answer our questions. The referencing and payment process, however, was stressful as this agency doesn’t have a holding deposit scheme and keeps properties on the market until the very last minute to put prospective tenants under pressure and to maximise their chances of getting higher offers.

GoogleI’ve used Draker since 2018 and found them efficient, polite and really effective. Ive done my own housekeeping so only use them for finding tenants, contracts and references and collecting rent (not property maintenance) but they’ve been incredible. Would highly recommend.

TrustpilotReliable and thorough
My dealings with Draker Properties were excellent. Will, with the Sloane Square office, provided multiple housing options, excellent communication and extremely creative and generous problem-solving. I have recommended their services to other families seeking short-term rental options for their students studying abroad in London.

TrustpilotKimmy is very helpful
I'm very happy that Kimmy was the first agent I met in the UK.She was kinder than any agent I met after that and thoughtfully suggested Flat. She also understood my situation and try to find the best option to me. I would like to contact her when looking for her next property.

TrustpilotJordana - best letting agent I have experienced.
Jordana is unbelievably good. I have moved three times in three years, and no other agent even comes close to measuring up to her intelligence, determination, and communication. I had full trust in her upon first meeting, and she absolutely followed through. The perfect balance of friendly and sweet, and dedicated and strong.

TrustpilotBest in the field!
Mo Kanso has been a major help!! I have been searching for the past months with various agents and companies, but there’s simply no comparison to Mo’s kind and thorough support. Always available, quick with his responses, and has excellent recommendations, besides his always kind nature. For sure, the best in the field.

TrustpilotThank you, Drakers Sloane Square
I’ve had a wonderful experience w/ Draker Lettings Sloane Square. I rented from them once & ended up extending for almost double the period. I liked the office & the work environment the moment I set foot there. The services were great & people were approachable. I’m truly grateful I had worked w/ Sales rep. Jordana. She’s incredibly hospitable, warm, kind, & professional. Drakers would benefit from having more staff of her calibre. Even when I ask her for a clarification from a different department, she’s kind enough to provide an answer. Because of that experience, I’d definitely check w/ Jordana & Drakers next time I’m looking for a place in London.

Although we ultimately lost out on the property we wanted due to a competing offer, Sam was a brilliant agent throughout the process. He was attentive, personable, and empathetic, keeping us updated throughout the process and really going the extra mile to meet our needs. Hopefully our renewed efforts will be more successful!
