I cannot imagine what I experienced in Douglas and Gordon. I was passing by and I saw the property that I was interested in. I stepped in to ask more questions. When I was leaving, when the doors were closing after me, I felt extremely disrespected. The lady on the left turned to the lady next to and started laughing, saying something that I look that I cannot afford the property. Excuse me who are they to judge another people?! Going down to grab some groceries in tracksuit does not say that I cannot afford certain property, but hopefully these 2 “lovely” ladies can... Seriously I would never come back there again.NegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value

Clarus Cleaners have worked alongside Douglas and Gordon as their primary cleaning contractor for 20 years; completing and delivering various professional cleaning services on their behalf or via third parties. We have been fortunate enough to work with all Douglas and Gordon agencies. We have always found Douglas and Gordon’s staff members to be very professional, extremely helpful and friendly; especially Camilla Morris who works at the Gloucester Road Office

We were tenants at a Douglas and Gordon property in Kensington for 1 year on an international assignment. We had a great experience with both our check in/check out procedures, assistance during our year in the flat, and working with Jemma was a fantastic experience. We would highly recommend this company for all of your property needs as they were fantastic, responsive, and very kind to work with.

Pleasure doing business with you, Ladies! Im absolutely astounded by the beauty of the place I found with your help. It is very special to find such an uplifting, aesthetically pleasing, homely, quality home in this big city, at such a short notice. I appreciate your effectiveness in doing business, everything (to do with documentation etc) has been completely painless. Appreciate Annies genuine and friendly attitude when showing me the place and lovely communication afterwards via email with Annie, Esmeralda and Jessica. Thank you for quality service that sets you apart from the other agencies and thank you for this gem of a home that I now get to bask in and rest between my travels. All the best And keep up the amazing work! Sirli
