From the moment we met Lucy we felt so at ease. Lucy has been both professional and warm in her communication with us, and we feel that she has been very attentive to what we're looking for. Often in these situations you explain what you're looking for and feel like you aren't being listened to or that you're being shown properties that don't match your requirements/etc, but Lucy got it right from day 1. As a bonus she's very personable and approachable! We are so grateful for her hard work, and really impressed with the spec of the properties we've been shown so far. Thank you :)

I rented a house through D & G and had the best experience! I have worked most of the local agencies in the past week, and Camilla was the star that shone above the rest. She always had more thorough information- tailored to exactly what I was looking for, amazing follow up skills- even when I told her that I wasn’t keen on anything she had for me. Then she surprised me with a call this week that a property I was interested in had come back on the market. She was able to show it same day, was super lovely to deal with, and helped me put together an offer with Julia (also amazingly helpful and lovely!) super fast. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I know my enthusiasm sounds like this is a paid advert- but let me assure you - it is the comparison to other agencies that makes me so thankful! Obviously, highly recommended!

We had a great experience dealing with Douglas and Gordon Fulham and in particular Ally (Alexandra Carberry). Having moved from Australia and needing to find a house for our family quite quickly, we looked at multiple properties and dealt with multiple agencies and agents. Ally was very proactive and responsive and helped us find the property that we are soon to move into. In addition even after the lease was signed , I had several requests to help with setting up some utilities etc and Ally responded to my requests immediately and was very helpful. Overall a very pleasant and professional experience and I would recommend dealing with Ally and Douglas and Gordon Fulham.

Having seen properties with many other agencies i can confirm the selection of properties shown by Toby was far superior to those shown to me by the rest. He was also extremely kind in accomodating to my work constraints, which meant we primarily arranged viewings via email rather than phone calls.
