GoogleTried to see a mortgage advisor, came to the first appointment, they said the person is at the training session, and they didn't book the appointment; second time, I had to re-schedule it, and they told me they booked an appointment two weeks from the day, called to confirm two hours before the appointment, it hasn't been booked again! How can these guys be trusted with finding a house for me and my family, if they can't be trusted to book an appointment!

GoogleRefrain to use their in-house mortgage broker. You will find yourself left in the darkness with no feedback nor any tipe of communication. Good knowledge but poor customer sevice. The mortgage/legal process requires proactive communication but this is not the case here. Frustrating!!!
