GoogleI cannot recommend this team enough - I both sold and found through them and would not use any other agent. I knew all of the consultants by name and felt they truly worked hard to not only find the right buyer for my house but find me my perfect property! They also made both processes seamless by recommending great solicitors and mortgage brokers! Mark, Graham, Rebecca, Sophie, Charles and Michelle - you are all wonderful! GoogleGraham Walker dealt efficiently with our house sale. His friendly approachable manner and clarity of explanation always made me feel reassured. He was also happy to answer my questions - sometimes v basic ones! I generally felt there was continuity of contact with Dexters, (much preferred!) though I dealt with several (four) different staff members over the sale period. Talvinder in the Clapham office was also personable to deal with when it came to the last weeks with the buyers.

When Del then took over the process, managing it to completion, I was impressed with the effort and persistence that was applied to ensure that we made it over the line and that I was continually kept up to date. GoogleI've sold two properties in Peckham and Camberwell and have been delighted by the ways in which Jonathan, Mel and Nick have handled every aspect of the sales. I felt fully informed and assured throughout. The second sale could have been incredibly difficult when my buyer dropped out at the very last minute but again the team were straight on the case in terms of getting new people through the door and got me a new buyer within a couple of days. I'd thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking to sell in the area.
