GoogleDominic and George turned upside down our notion of what estate agents actually do. They were totally professional from start to finish. We always felt they were on our side even though they were acting for us in our sale and for the vendor in our purchase. This only works when a high level of trust with a client has been developed, which in turn demands an excellent level of communication. We never had to chase but they never pretended that progress had been made when it hadn't. They knew when to push for action and when to hold back. GoogleDexters managed the sale of our house in London.From our first consultation with the Dexters team through to completion, the team was friendly, supportive and positive. They produced an attractive marketing policy which generated considerable interest and kept us fully briefed on developments. The pandemic, lockdown and a vacillating buyer complicated life for us all, but Dexters remained positive and supportive and managed to keep the process moving. Once a sale had been agreed they appointed a specialist to monitor progress, maintaining contact with both sides of the transaction and identifying blockages. House selling and buying are inevitably stressful, but with Dexters we always felt we were in safe, professional hands.
