With such difficult economic times we sadly haven’t been able to take anything just yet but will only use Hugh for the future in finding our new home. GoogleWe have recently bought a flat through Dexters specifically dealing with both Percy and Fred. We were able to socially distance view the property, put an offer in and finally exchange contracts! Even through the hiccup due to our mortgage company Percy and Fred stayed positive, professional and helped secure the property for us. GoogleI don’t usually write reviews but I knew I had to say a huge thank you to everyone who has helped me on my journey to finding my dream home. I was nervous and hesitant in looking for a new home for my husband, myself and my daughter but you all made it comfortable and pleasant. I would like to mention Aleyah who was an absolute darling, she was extremely patient when showing us properties and thanks to her understanding and help we are now living in our dream home. Moving to a property with a 1 year old can be difficult but Aleyah and the rest of the team made it a dream and helped every step of the way. The service they provided has been exemplary in terms of responding quickly both by email and phone, and gone over and above what might have been expected, replying after office hours and at weekends. GoogleI was about to give the gig to another agent but Dexters were persistent (not to the point of irritation). My thoughts were that they would hopefully replicate this energy and enthusiasm re selling the property so I was turned at the last minute. Very pleased that I was. It was a tough market but they kept on picking up the phone and generating viewings. A very no nonsense approach. In the end they managed to grind out a result so am pleased that I gave them the instruction. Would highly recommend.
