GoogleOne of the most unprofessional dealings I have had with an agency. I made an offer on a property which was accepted. Soon after there were clear signs that the seller was not serious about the sale, constantly stalling and not providing simple required documents to the solicitors. At that point I was ready to just move on and cut my losses. Yet the agent consistently assured me that everything was ok, that they personally knew the seller very well, and were in daily contact. Then after nearly 4 months of wait and empty assurances, they simply advised me that the seller had dropped out, and they couldn't do anything about it! The so-called 'great relationship' with the seller was suddenly non-existent. As a result I incurred significant losses in solicitor fees etc, and missed out on other opportunities. It is also worth adding that during these 4 months I was passed around 3 different agents, including the sales manager himself. I rarely post reviews, but in this case I feel obliged to warn others not to trust this agency's empty words or promises, and to go with your gut instead. GoogleI have been dealing with Dexters sales section for few months, my main contact has been with Eugenie Tillioli who has listened to and registered my wishes and requests. she carefully chose relevant properties and described them with great details. although i knew the area of my search I was impressed with Eugenie's detailed knowledge of it. I found her friendly and professional.her responses to my calls were immediate even when they fell at the margins of her working days. she made regular follow up calls with respect and courtesy. Although I have not found the perfect property, I feel this effort will be fruitful in the near future.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
