We rented an appartement with Dexter for 2,5 years and had a very bad experience at the end. The move-in process went very well - this is important to say. Everything was transparent and everyone was very professional with us. However, we had to break out our lease for personal reasons. (1) We knew from the beginning that we would have to pay a fee for breaking the contract. From the contrat, we knew exactly what the fee would be. However, the fees that they asked us to pay was significantly higher than what the contract said (about £300 higher). Despite asking multiple times for the details they refused to explain the bill to us. (2) we had few unannounced visits at the appartement. It felt like they were all very disorganized and rarely on time. (3) they agreed on a date with new tenant without confirming with us first.

From a renter, there’s really nothing else more that you could ask for from Sam. He was very helpful and considerate throughout the process. And helped me find a place that I really liked in such a short amount of time. Since I work a full time job during the day, Sam made time in the evening and on weekends to show me properties, which no other agents were willing to do. He was also well connected with other tenants and landlords, which definitely helped in securing the property for me. Really appreciate the help from Sam in finding my dream flat.

Absolutely superb service from Adam Day. I have had a particularly complicated turn around of tenancy and he has been a workhorse in helping to achieve impossible deadlines. He has also given valuable advice on managing a property, going beyond the call of duty. He has obviously had to do an inordinate amount of work due to the unusual situation but has never complained. I could not be happier to have him as my point of contact and hope he will be with Dexters for a long time!

I've found my perfect place thanks to George! he showed me 5 properties, all quite interesting I have to say and it's so good when someone understands exactly what you're looking for and doesn't make you wasting any time.
