Joe Griffiths was excellent to work with during my flat search in London. He was by far the most proactive agent I dealt with - always quick to share new listings, organise viewings, and follow up without ever being pushy. He really took the time to understand what I was looking for and made the whole process feel much smoother and less stressful, especially as I was new to the London rental market. Even though I ended up securing a different property, I really appreciated all the effort he put in and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a place.

I had an amazing experience with Callia Casey in securing a flat. I was in a desperate situation and needed to find housing asap and the one property Callia showed me ended up being the one and within just a few days! We viewed the property the Monday and I collected the keys on Friday. The process was anything but smooth sailing but Callia was extremely professional, helpful and patient with us while we organised things on our end. So grateful to her and Dexters for this beautiful flat I now reside in.

I saw a property up for rent and enquired for it - within five minutes Joe called me and had me fully profiled. Not only was he attentive, he was also a great chat! Within two days he had me booked for a viewing at the flat I had seen plus 5 other places he thought I would like. My flatmates and I have been renting a Dexter managed flat for the last year. Recently we had an incident involving an unexpected fire in the building that left us homeless for a few nights. Amanda from Dexter was amazing in terms of coordinating with our landlord, calling to check in everyday and assisting in getting a cleaner/maintenance person. I spent just over a month looking for a flat with Tom and it was a joy - Tom was incredibly helpful, really took the time to get to know what I was looking for and what we didn't want (not easy as I was being very picky). About half way through I got very busy at work too and Tom was really accommodating to make sure Dexters and he worked around my schedule. Overall, the Dexters team were great and not pushy or trying to "sell" a rental to us to get flats filled - they very much tried to find the right fit, which was massively appreciated! Next time I'm looking they will be the first port of call!
