GooglePeter James requested a review from us, so here it is: The time we were in a property managed by these agents was the most unpleasant year of our lives. They clearly do not vet their landlords well: we were let a property that the landlord knew full well had dry rot in the building, meaning extensive building works while we were there, including the blocking of natural light. Basic repairs were not carried out, for example the thermostat was not working for the entire time we were in the property. When renting from Peter James, the property you are shown is not always the property you will get. Avoid.

GoogleDean Nicholls, I'm sorry I can't give you less than one star but your service has been so bad that I will most likely sue you. After having passed the reference check, the above gentleman waited for us to pay the deposit and the first month's rent, to begin to delay the access date to the house by weeks to force us to spend a week in the hotel as we had already proceeded to leave from the previous house in the meantime. To then give the house to someone else and thus leave us without a home. ZERO PROFESSIONALISM. TO AVOID !NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
