GoogleNot able to give us a price to sell at. Started nearly £100k over the final sale price. Felt they were working for buyer not us, the vendor, who were paying them. Would not recommend.

GoogleTruly appalling. The way I was spoken to by staff at this estate agent is something I have never encountered in a professional capacity before. They advised me to rent out my property during the sales process, which was appalling advice. I was straddled with a difficult tenant who I had to evict. Thanks! Mary Ann Dixon on the lettings team was abusive to me. The way she spoke to me as a landlord was utterly unbelievable. She is the most aggressive and unpleasant individual. Also utterly useless at resolving queries - actively promotes conflict and makes life difficult between landlord and tenant. It was utterly appalling. Shameful conduct. Oh and they charge 12.5% to landlords for their 'service', more than twice other more professional agents in the area. PLEASE AVOID IF YOU ARE SELLING OR A LANDLORD.NegativeProfessionalism
