GoogleThese guys did a great job sourcing my house, the whole process E2E was utterly awesome, I strongly advise getting in touch with the team at Dexters if you have a house to find as they will happily share you suggestions that you would not otherwise be consdidering. This works great for sellers too as they proactively get buyers who would not otherwise consider your house.

GooglePretty awful experience recently. Poor communication from several members of staff, they would turn up unannounced, wasn't really kept in the loop when offers were made. Didn't bother informing me on progression of sale, valuation was way of the mark. Ridiculous offers made me think there was some sort of scam going on. Honestly go elsewhere plenty of better agents around. They failed to achieve asking price, I fell for the bait and switch tactics used by them , 'Oh sure we can get you 200k above market value, only to be told 2 months later, ahh well you see markets changed mate'. As for value for money.....45,000 in commission for what exactly. Disgusting... So sale of my property just stalled again zero communication from any of the team on the reasons why or if they've been trying to resolve it. I had to chase them. Honestly for the amount of money they're literally robbing me of I cannot think of a more offensive, unpleasant, rip off, over priced experience than Dexters, highly recommend you avoid them at all costs. Not something I'd ever want to go through again, its pretty akin to a trip to the dentist for root canal you know it needs to be done, but so expensive and painful.😭😭😭
