GoogleDealt with Richard in the office. Cant say a bad word about the level of customer service that i received from him. Full of knowledge and the process ran smoothly with no bumps along the way. If anyone is wanting to rent in the area or put their property on the market in that area, Richard is the person that you need to use.

GoogleAs a few others, I’m surprised about the positive comments, but then it’s common that agents ask for a positive review. As tenants, we found this branch to be unprofessional as property manager as they very poorly treated us. The branch manager seems to be backing the rudeness and arrogance of the staff.

We felt super comfortable with him and the communication was so good from the start, thanks to him we got our flat within 2 days after looking for 10+ days with other agents and being left hanging with 0 communication. GoogleWe have been in our new place which is managed by Christopher Peters at Alvin Place for a month now. Christopher has been fantastic in helping us get over the hurdles of initially moving in. He is very hands on, very helpful and always reacts immediately to requests. I thoroughly recommend Chistopher. He has been great.
