GoogleThis morning l had the pleasure, in conversing with a colleague by the name of Mr. Alex Squance. Within moments of leaving the agency, l received an email confirming my visiting request for the afternoon. Alex's actions and promises were met on time and are a testament to himself as a person and as a company representative. Unfortunately, the rental was not for me. In hindsight, after dealing with more than 30 agents since Wednesday, l can honestly say none until now have come close to encapsulating the professionalism l experienced today.

GoogleGeorge from the letting team has recently helped me to secure a lovely flat in the Fitzrovia area. Throughout the whole process he has been very professional and friendly, always kept me updated and informed of what was happening. All the paperwork was sent via email links available to sign digitally online which saved a lot of time for us. I would highly recommend seeking out George's expertise, and Dexters is definitely one of the most reliable agencies I've dealt with in London.

GoogleI’m a student at LSE and I love the Fitzrovia/soho area. They asked me for my search criteria and I was always only sent properties that matched what I requested for, which was great! They found my friends and I a 3bed and helped us sort out our Visa’s as we’re international students. They were all soooo helpful!!

GoogleThe staff are very knowledgeable about the area, I dealt with the Fitzorvia branch. They are friendly and they will pull out all of the stops to get you into a property that you qualify for. My point of contact was relatively new member of staff named George. He showed me all of the properties within my parameters and followed up with me every time. His communication skills are very good. The manager Lazarus, (Laz), was very thorough with what was needed for me to qualify and mediated well on my behalf when HomeLet requested extra documents and information. If you wish to settle in Fitzorvia I highly recommend this team at Dexter's, however I'm sure all of the Dexter's branches are equally competent.

GoogleI received an incredible treatment from Jodeane Smith and Richard Hibbert. Jodeane was impecably fast in arranging the visit to the flat, as well as the following steps, and Richard acted as an intermediary between myself and the landlord. Both were really fast and kept me updated during the entire process. Would definetely do business with Dexters, Jodeane and Richard again.

GoogleI popped into the office a few weeks ago and was warmly welcomed by Louie Lazar, He was very informative about what properties I could realistically afford on my budget and was very patient with me when I wasn’t sure of the length of tenancy. He was definitely the most helpful person of all the other estate agents I went to see on the High Street.
