GoogleMixed service: Signing on and move in process is very smooth, responsive and engaging sales staff. But property management and maintenance team are disappointingly unresponsive once you’re finalised in a Dexters property - ignoring emails for days at a time and leaving actions not taken for weeks without updates or explanations - even when you check in to ask what the status is. Example: it turns out the property I moved into had outstanding utilities bills and companies were threatening to install pay as you go gas meters. I paid these personally, but I haven’t been reimbursed weeks later.

GoogleI was a tenant in a flat managed by Dexters for 6,5 years. They were always helpful especially when I needed help with small repairs in the flat. And when I left, Jadasa was incredible in managing the check out process.
