This lack of follow-through reinforces my original experience about their level of service, accountability, and respect for clients. Promising escalation publicly while failing to take action privately is, in my experience, indicative of how issues are handled.

We had a fantastic experience working with Dexters to find our first flat in London moving over from the US. Dom and his team were extremely helpful in finding us the perfect new home. Dom kept in touch with us over a few months despite us being delayed getting our visas, consistently sending listings that could work for us. When we finally had our move date he far exceeded our expectations getting us into as many pet friendly flats as possible over a short trip.
