GoogleFirst time selling with Dexters, they normally wouldn't be the first name in my head but since their re-branding some weeks ago I've heard positive feedback from friends and colleagues so I decided to give them a go. They quoted a very plausible asking price and sold it within 6 weeks close to the AP. I have to say that Toby Simmonds was brilliant to deal with, he was friendly, open and everything you would expect from a good agent. If you haven't used Dexters before I would strongly recommend using them.
