I have just completed a very complicated property sale with Dexters. Throughout Gaz & his team at Dexters have provided a very professional service and done the very best for us as their client. I particularly liked being transferred to Tal in the Sales Progression team once our sale was underway. Tal was exceptional - always accessible, responsive, helpful, sharp and understanding, and she maintained a brilliant dialogue at all times with us and our buyer. I had a great experience selling our house through Dexter. Gaz managed to find the right buyer in less than 1 week, even before it went on the market, at a level very close to offer price. Este was very diligent and professional in keeping me updated on what was going on. The transaction inevitably had some problems due to its nature of a 3 steps chain purchase but Gaz really went out of his way to help and make sure the transaction closed timely and successfully. I highly recommend their services.
