Very impressed with Dexter’s when it came to our purchase. The day we viewed the property Luke was very professional, honest & proactive. After putting in our offer he maintained direct contact with us, helping us through the entire process as first-time buyers. We had a great experience with Dexters. We went with them as the place we wanted to buy was on with them and we thought staying with the same estate agent would help smoothen the process. It certainly did! Many thanks to the entire team from start to finish. The process of buying is never easy, and there were many hurdles to overcome along the way with which the Dexters team remained professional and were always there to help and offer advice. Once all the bids/offers were accepted there was a special finishing team that kept chasing ours and the sellers solicitors to make things happen. Thank you!

Sold our property on Gorringe Park Avenue through Dexters. From the beginning they were the ones to have the best balanced valuation and fees. Gaz was our initial point of contact and we went with Dexters on the basis of gut feeling and an initial communication that was not salesy and to the point. Thereafter Tim and the rest of the team kept us updated with progress and viewings doing a great job to drum-up interest throughout (thank you all for a professional service). We appreciated the no-nonsense approach and an agent who was able to compromise with both seller and buyer. Gaz and the team at Dexter's were great in handling the sale of our flat. They were fully committed and succeeded when other agencies failed. The only negative experience was in the solicitors they used in the sale. They were very inefficient and if I hadn't continually chased the solicitors, the sale would have dragged on unnecessarily. I did provide this feedback to Dexter's and hope that they take it on board so that others don't have the same negative experience. However, in terms of the staff at Dexter's, it was an excellent experience.

I have a property background so have high expectations and they didn’t disappoint . Gaz was professional and incredibly knowledgeable from the first valuation meeting through to the completion of the sale. The team at the tooting branch were excellent. We dealt mostly with Charlotte, who from the very beginning was helpful and efficient. She really listened to our requirements and took on board our feedback as viewings progressed. She made a daunting experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. As the purchase progressed Garry was also on hand to ensure our solicitors were kept on track and were communicating with the seller's. I imagine the tooting team are extremely busy and deal with many different clients daily, which sometimes can leave people feeling like they are one of many. But this really isn't the case with tooting team - they managed to us keep well informed, well looked after and provided a tailored service. I would 100% recommend.
