Myself and my partner were looking for our first property & worked with Charlotte. From the outset Charlotte understood the brief, showed us a range of great homes, and acted as great advisor when we chose to put an offer on our ideal property. While the process took time between parties, Charlotte was always the voice of truth - guiding us with each step & proactively pushing to resolve any issues or complications. Even when Charlotte was away, the wider Dexters team were supportive & clued up with every stage of the sale. Sometimes estate agents can get a bad rep, but this truly wasn't the case with Charlotte & the wider Dexters team - an absolute pleasure working with them & I couldn't recommend working with them enough.

I was highly satisfied and impressed with the service i recieved from Dexters when i chose them to sell my house, they did it very swiftly and smoothly and was with me every step of the way right up to the last stage and achieved to sell my house for a very good price, the Dexters sales team proved to be highly dynamic and very energetic they have alot of knowledge and expertise in the property market and helped me and advised me all through the process from beginning to end, another thing that stood out to me with the Dexters sales team compared to other Estate agents is everytime i walked through there door they would welcome me every single time with warm welcoming and friendly smiles and allways offered me refreshments, and another thing that stood out to me was how smartly presented they allways was very sharp and smartly dressed and profesional and there office was immaculate and neat and tidy, and they allways answered there phone within 3 rings i found, and replied to my emails promptly within 15 mins, i would like to espeacially thank Michael and Margaux who really went that extra mile to help me out and take all the stress of my house sale away from me and as i had no access to a computer and printer at the time i could allways visit them both in there office and they would be happy to print out and scan for me all the documents and I.D that my solicitor would send me to fill out and complete to send back to her, i am very very happy i chose the team at Dexters to sell my house it was quick and easy with no stress at all, and there hospitality and customer service was to a very very high standard the best ive ever seen actually, they also linked me up with the best ever solicitor i have ever worked with, i had the best ever experience with Dexters and can not recommend them highly enough and i will allways be greatfull to Gaz and Michael for fixing me up with a great deal they are true gentlemen, bussiness men and brilliant negotiators, and so was Margaux too, thank you all so much, the whole of the Dexters sales team are property experts and highly profesional and motivated and were allways on my side, it is no wonder they won the best london estate agents award, and again i really would like to give a very big big and speacial thank you to Michael Ford for his dedication and hard work and who made this all possible for me, thank you team Dexters you are the best, i dont usually leave reviews around but i felt i must this time because the service i received was absolutely outstanding and exellent. My boyfriend and I had a very positive experience with Dexters when finding our first home to rent together. A special mention to Annie and Emmanuel who made the process so easy for us. Annie and Emmanuel were so welcoming, giving us a lovely tour of the property and answering all the questions we had. When we decided to make an offer, they met with us shortly after and helped us with our application. Once our offer was accepted, they assured us that all of the paperwork (including references, deposit etc) would take less than a week to complete - and it did! They were efficient and proactive throughout the process, helping us through every step of the way. We are so grateful for everything they have done. Thank you 😁

Dexters did a brilliant job in guiding me through my property purchase as a FTB, from my first initial viewing to completion of the sale. Michael from the sales team was especially helpful and went above and beyond during the process. He really helped push through the sale to get me in my new home before Christmas and kept in constant contact during the process. Dexters were very helpful and easy to deal with, and they seemed to have a really wide and varied selection of properties (it sounds like an obvious requirement for an estate agent, but not every agent has got the memo!) Charlotte Brown was my initial, main contact, and she was lovely - patient, personable and knowledgeable. I also dealt with a few other agents, all of whom were easy and pleasant to deal with. In the end, I decided to look in a different area, so I did not get to experience their service through the buying process, but I was impressed with their professionalism, and will definitely consider using them to sell my current property when the time comes.
