I had changed estates agents, and I was not disappointed with the change Dexters. All staff very professional and great to get along with. GoogleAndrew and Matt took on the sale of my property with enthusiasm and drive to secure a buyer. This was achieved in a shorter window than expected and they proactively engaged with a multitude of parties to maintain momentum and complete the sale. Legislation technicalities and complexities that were a result of poor government policy changes that left ambiguity were well handled by the team at Dexter's and after a challenging set of external delays achieved the sale completion. I would happily recommend their services to prospective customers.

GooglePuzzled by all the 5 star reviews. My experience with this branch is that they appeared to be working for the buyer, not myself who was paying their selling fee. Their communication was poor and the whole process took 7 months with just one buyer. On the agreed exchange and completion date, I waited at the property and was told that we had not completed! They obviously knew beforehand but neglected to tell me. This was a very stressful sale for me and Dexters service was very poor for £14K even after I complained to them. I regret using this estate agent.
