Terrible. The team are not to be trusted. They rent out privately before properties are online and require you to decide on viewing/offering via their verbal description by phone. Avoid.

Had to call them 10 times and still was unable to get information on the contract extension. They hang up the phone with all sorts of excuses. They were absolutely unprofessional when I moved in, asking for rent payment 1 year in advance. Worst agency I ever had to deal with. Never again.

GoogleThe most dismissive, rude 'Manager', Sam, who I believe is possibly a terrible representation of Dexters. That being said, I will never ever recommend Dexters to friends, family, family friends etc or anyone to deal with Dexters. Please do avoid, as tenants you will not even matter, your time with Dexters will be tiring, stressful and unnecessary.

This was the worst experience I have ever had. No help for the renter. I thought maybe their only focus was for the property client but I have heard from their experience it has been just as bad.I would never use them again. Appalling.
