I have had big problems and disagreements with the property manager before, but I believe that I can get along very well with Jadasa. I hope she will solve my carpet problem in the house soon!

GoogleI was able to secure a great flat in my current building with the excellent support from Jordan Welfare. He was extremely responsive and professional (best agent I've ever worked with in London) and really made sure to secure the best arrangement for all parties. Not related to Jordan, but it would've been good to have received the contracts fully executed prior to the move in date as it creates a lot of anxiety seeing the move in date coming closer but having no real guarantee that the lease would be signed by the landlord (specially in Covid times).

I have had some ups and downs with Dexters who have managed 2 rental properties in West London for me since 2015 however, in the last year Ricardo Fraser has stepped up and assisted in ironing out some ongoing maintenance issues I have had with one of my properties. I hope the improved service will continue going forward.

Bunch of cowboys. Aggressive agents, lied about school catchment area to show us properties we didn’t want to see. Other agent didn’t want to show us properties until our house was on the market. They force sellers and buyers to use their solicitor service which in our case resulted in a dispute and had to find another solicitor half way through. They are sleazy as hell.

We all know that Estate Agents are run by greed and web of misleading information. However Dexters have topped the board for being one of the most unprofessional agents out there.Dexters doesn't care about it's clients whether them being tenants,landlords,sellers or buyers...Dexters cares about Dexters and it's monetary rewards...they play all parties involved against one another in the most beneficial for Dexters way.Only use their services as last resort.
