Absolutely terrible service. They want you to pay immediately, but when it’s their time to respond they take ages. They are taking more than a month to return my deposit (>2000£).

Hopeless, you spend an hour with their top sales guy who then passes on nothing to a kid in his first suit who doesn't even know where the boiler is.
