They continue to ignore the many proofs presented against the landlord from his disrepair and several breaches of contract, making it impossible to reach any agreement. Therefore, I’d suggest you have your solicitors ready to take them to court since they will continue to deny everything based merely on their unknowledgeable opinion.

GoogleAbsolute disgrace. Left waiting in the freezing cold in January for a viewing for which the agent, Jordan, never showed up. The office were not able to even get a hold of where their agents were at the time and were thoroughly unhelpful. Would not recommend this agency, plenty of others in London that actually turn up to viewings.b
