Mostly, it's a poorly run operation. It takes weeks and weeks to get your deposit back after leaving the flat. They mishandle your rent. The agents schedule flat viewings without first consulting you. Just largely an unprofessional service, which -- given the high fees they charge both tenants and landlords -- should not be the case.

GoogleDexters helped us secure a buyer in a difficult market. They were good at pulling people in from other areas and were certainly pro-active in getting people in the door. Unfortunately our buyer turned out to be difficult and didnt take any of the good advice Dexters gave, but they stuck with it and kept calm, helping to get the deal over the line.
